Meyvelerin makine içerisine girmesi sonucu içerde bulunan elek ve tırnaklı çırpıcı helezon dönme ve çarpma sonucu meyve parçacıkları saptan ayrılarak dışa bombeli elekten çıkar, saplar tırnaklar sayesinde ileri taşınarak atılır. Sap ayırma altında bulunan monopomp içerisine ayrılan meyveler inmekte buradan ön ısıtma ünitesine geçmektedir.  Sap ayırma içerisinde bulunan elek meyvelerin boyutlarına göre değiştirilmelidir. Nar, vişne ve üzüm çalışabilmek için iki ayrı elek tipi imal edilmektedir. Makine tamamen AISI 304 Kalite paslanmaz çelikten imal edilmektedir.

Sap ve kabuk ayırma ünitesi farklı özelliklerde, ölçülerde ve kapasitelerde imalatı yapılmaktadır.

The fruits that are separated into the monopomp under the handle separation are descended into the pre-heating unit. The sieve in the handle separation should be changed according to the size of the fruit. Pomegranate, sour cherry and grape are used to produce two sieve types. The machine is completely made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel.

The handle and shell separation unit is manufactured in different specifications, dimensions and capacities.
