Parçalanan meyvelerin ön ısıtıcı (Hot break) sayesinde istenilen sıcaklıklara set edilerek  ısıtılması sağlanmaktadır. Isıtılıp hücre yapısı parçalanan meyve turbo finiş er (Exraktör)  verimin artmasına neden olmaktadır. Ön ısıtma buhar sistemi oransal olarak beslenmekte ürün yanması engellenmektedir. Tüm sıcaklıklar PLC panelinden kontrol edilmektedir. Sistem iç içe geçmiş borulardan oluşmaktadır. Dış boru AISI 304 kalite, iç boru AISI 316 kaliteden imal edilmektedir. Makine ürün sıcaklığı max 85-95 °C olmaktadır.
