Parçalanan meyveler HOTBREK sayesinde istenilen sıcaklıklara set edilerek parçalanan meyvenin ısıtılması sağlanmaktadır. Isıtılıp hücre yapısı parçalanan meyve turbo finişer (Exraktör) lerde verimin artmasına neden olmaktadır. HOTBREK buhar sisteme oransal olarak beslenmekte ürün yanmaları engellenmektedir. Tüm sıcaklıklar PLC panelinden kontrol edilmektedir. Sistem tek boru içerisinde çoklu borulardan oluşmaktadır. Dış boru AISI 304 kalite, iç boru AISI 316 kalite olarak imal edilmektedir.

The dried fruits are set to the desired temperatures by means of HOTBREK and the broken fruit is heated. The heating of the cell structure and the discharging of the fruit makes it possible to increase the efficiency in the turbo paver (Exraktor). HOTBREK steam is fed proportionally to the system and product burns are prevented. All temperatures are controlled from the PLC panel. The system consists of multiple pipes in a single pipe. The outer tube is made of AISI 304 quality and the inner pipe is manufactured as AISI 316 quality.
